以化控剂“玉黄金”为种子处理药剂,选用6个玉米品种(良玉188,吉玉301、迪卡516、禾玉3、先玉335和京科968)为试验材料,在推荐密度增加10%的基础上种植,探索种子处理对玉米根冠关系及株型性状的影响,挖掘化控剂的用法。结果表明,不同玉米品种对化控剂种子处理的响应不同,化控剂种子处理有增加中胚轴长度的趋势,其中良玉188对化控剂种子处理最敏感,其次是禾玉3和迪卡516,均达到显著差异水平,但其余三个品种未表现出差异。化控剂种子处理对各品种表现出较一致的增大根冠比的效应,但各品种增大的幅度有差异,在化控剂用量上需要根据品种的敏感程度来确定。玉米株高和叶面积在不同生育期对化控剂种子处理的反应逐渐减弱。生育前期(苗期和拔节期),迪卡516和良玉188对化控剂种子处理的反应最敏感,降低株高的效应最强烈,这类型品种若采用化控剂拌种处理,处理剂量需要降低。拌种对玉米下部节间长度的影响不显著,但对穗位高度和穗位系数的影响有降低的趋势,穗位系数大的品种可以考虑通过其他时期的化控处理进行株型的修饰来抵御倒伏的风险。

The response of root-shoot relation and plant-type-related characters to seed treatment with chemical regulator were studied in Jilin Province, which chose Liangyu188, Jiyu301, Dika516, Heyu3, Xianyu335 and Jingke968 as botanic materials and chose a chemical regulator “Yuhuangjin” as seed treatment material. Each maize varieties was planted at a 10% increase in planting density recommended by seed producer. The aim of the study is to tap the potential of chemical control. The results showed that diverse maize varieties possess the diverse responses capacities to chemical control substance. Seed treatment with chemical regulator tended to increase maize mesocotyl length, among which Liangyu188 was the most sensitive to chemical regulator, then Heyu3 and Dika516 followed. The above mentioned three varieties reached significant level but no difference was found in the other ones. Our studies demonstrated a consistent decreasing effect on root shoot ratio with seed treatment with chemical regulator despite differences among maize varieties. The sensitivity of maize varieties to chemical regulator will determine the dose of regulator for seed treatment. The effects of chemical regulator seed treatment on plant height and cumulative leaf area got weaker gradually with the growth stage elongation. During earlier stage Dika516 and Liangyu188 were the most sensitive varieties in the effects of decreasing the plant height, which misfit seed treatment with chemical regulator. The lower internode length showed no difference under seed treatment but a decreasing tendency on ear height and ear coefficient. Chemical control in other growth stage should be considered for the maize variety with high ear coefficient to defense against lodging risk.
