研究了不同施肥处理对农田黑土纤维素酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化物酶活性的影响。结果表明不同施肥处理下0~20 cm和20~40 cm土壤纤维素酶活性、过氧化物酶活性分为NPK+M>FW>NPK>CK和NPK+M>NPK>FW>CK;而多酚氧化酶的活性为FW>NPK>NPK+M>CK(0~20 cm)和CK>FW>NPK >NPK+M(20~40 cm)。在玉米的生育期内,土壤纤维素酶和多酚氧化酶的活性在出苗后50天(拔节期)达到最大;而过氧化物酶的活性在出苗后15天(苗期)最大。施肥有利于提高土壤纤维素酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的活性,有机无机肥配合施用效果最佳。

The research was about the effects of different fertilizer treatments on soil cellulase, peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase activity in response. The results show, In different fertilizations, the soil cellulase activity in different periods of maize growth showed the same rule in the 0~20 cm layer and 20~40 cm layer, that is NPK+M>FW>NPK>CK. The soil peroxidase activity showed the same rule, that is NPK+M>NPK>FW>CK. And in the 0~20 cm layer, the soil polyphenol oxidase activity showed as FW>NPK>NPK+M>CK, in the 20~40 cm layer, that is CK>FW>NPK>NPK+M. In crop reproductive period, cellulase and polyphenol oxidase were most active in the elongation stage (50 days). Peroxidase was most active in seedling stage (15 days). Fertilization was beneficial to improving the activity of soil cellulase, peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase. In different fertilizer treatments, it was good to coordinate organic fertilizers with inorganic fertilizers.
