玉米北方炭疽病病原鉴定及不同条件对其生长的影响

针对近年来黑龙江、吉林等地玉米田普遍发生的一种叶斑病,利用形态学和rDNA-ITS序列分析方法对该叶斑病病原菌进行了鉴定,并对该病原菌生长的影响条件进行了初步研究。结果表明:该病害为玉蜀黍短梗霉菌(Aureobasidium zeae(Narita Y. Hirats)Dingley)引起的北方炭疽病。该病原菌最适培养基为PDA培养基,其次是燕麦培养基,在 PDA 培养基上生长最适温度为25℃,最适 pH为6,最适宜的氮源是牛肉粉,最适碳源为α-乳糖。本研究结果为开展抗病品种的选育和综合防治提供了理论依据。 英文摘要: Northern Anthracnose disease occur prevalently in Heilongjiang and Jilin province in recent years. morphological and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis were serviced for the leaf spot pathogen was identified ,Also the conditions for the growth of Pathogens were studied. The results showed that the disease is short stalk corn fungus Aureobasidium zeae (Narita Y. Hirats) Dingley cause Northern anthracnose. The pathogen optimum medium is PDA medium, followed by OMA medium, grown on PDA medium optimum temperature is 25 ℃, the optimum pH is 6, the most suitable nitrogen source is beef powder, optimum carbon source is α- lactose. The results of this study for the development and integrated control of breeding resistant varieties provide a theoretical basis.
