超黑糯玉米杂交后代色素分布规律研究

本研究以超黑糯玉米自交系I46和白糯玉米自交系BN13杂交后F2代种子产生的果穗群体为材料,通过观察籽粒颜色、溶剂提取色素和紫外分光光度测定等方法研究了超黑糯玉米杂交后代色素分布规律。结果表明,在黑糯玉米杂交F2代产生的果穗中,籽粒颜色出现了一系列分离,主要表现为全黑、红黑、红色、棕黄、金黄和白色。其中在金黄色玉米籽粒中类胡萝卜素含量最高,其含量显著高于其他颜色的玉米籽粒,类胡萝卜素含量最少的为白色玉米。在全黑色玉米籽粒中花色苷的含量显著高于其他颜色玉米籽粒,而在白色、金黄色玉米籽粒中没有检测到花色苷的存在。 英文摘要: In this study, ear group from F2 generation through cross between super black waxy maize inbred lines I46 and white waxy maize inbred lines BN13 were selected to study the distribution regularity of pigment in grain by grain color observation, solvent extraction method and spectrophotometry. The results showed that there had been a series of grain color separation in the ear group from hybrid F2 generation of the super black waxy maize inbred lines I46 and white waxy maize inbred lines BN13. There were mainly six kinds of different color of maize like black, reddish black, red, brownish yellow, golden and white. Among them the carotenoid content of the golden maize was the highest, and that of the white maize was the lowest. Anthocyanin in the black maize was obviously higher than other color maize, and there was no anthocyanin in the white and golden maize.
