真实性鉴定对玉米种子质量管理具有重要意义。本文全面总结了真实性鉴定的类型及与其它鉴定项目的区别,系统分析了我国玉米真实性SSR鉴定标准的研制过程中的关键问题,比较了不同作物品种真实性鉴定标准研制的异同,以期对其它作物类型及其它分子标记类型的真实性鉴定标准研制提供有益借鉴。玉米真实性鉴定标准在我国已得到快速推广和应用,为种子市场的繁荣和稳定提供了有力的技术支撑。

Authenticity identification attaches great importance to seed quality management of maize. The paper fully summarized types of authenticity identification and differences with other identification project, and systematically analyzed the key issues in the development process for standard of maize authenticity SSR identification in China as well as compared the similarities and differences of developing authenticity identification standard with other corps, aiming to offer a good reference to development of authenticity identification standard for other types of corps and other types of molecular markers. Maize authenticity identification standard has been widely promoted and applied in China, providing strong technical support to prosperity and stability of seed market.
