为了探明弱光胁迫下,接种AM菌剂对植物生长的正效应,本研究采用盆栽实验,以“云瑞47”作为研究材料,Glomus mosseae(Gm)作为接种菌剂,共设CK、接种Gm、遮阴不接菌剂和遮阴接种Gm四个处理,研究了弱光和Gm对玉米生长生理的影响。结果表明:弱光作用下,玉米根系的AM真菌侵染率明显降低,叶片数、茎粗和总叶面积减少,植株地上部干重、地下部干重和总干重下降,株高增加,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素和总叶绿素含量上升,叶绿素a/b值降低,净光合速率减弱;弱光胁迫下接种Gm,能够增加玉米的叶片数、茎粗、株高和总叶面积,促进地上部干重、地下部干重和总干重的积累,提高叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素和总叶绿素含量,并增强净光合速率。可见,预先接种AM真菌,能够缓解弱光对玉米生长产生的不良影响,促进植株生长。

The purpose of this research is to prove the positive effect of AM inoculum on plant growth under low-light stress. The “Yunrui 47”was chosed as experimental material and Glomus mosseae(Gm)was used as microbial inoculum in this study. In order to investigate the effect of low-light and Gm inoculation on corn growth,four treatments (CK、inoculating Gm、Shading non Gm、Shading and inoculating Gm) were conducted using pot experiment. The results indicated that low light decreased the AMF colonization of corn,reduced leaf number,stem-diameter and total leaf area,lessened shoot dry weight,root dry weight and total dry weight,raised the height of plant. It also showed that the content of ChlorophyⅡa,ChlorophyⅡb,Carotenoids and total ChlorophyⅡ increased,while Chla/b and net photosynthetic were decreased in corn leaves under low-light environment. Meanwhile,inoculating Gm under low-light stress could increase the leaf unmber,stem diameter,plant height and total leaf area,promote the accumulation of shoot dry weight,root dry weight and total dry weight,increase the content of ChlorophyⅡa,ChlorophyⅡb,Carotenoids and total ChlorophyⅡ,enhance the net photosynthetic rate of leaves. Therefore,pre-inoculated AMF can alleviate the negative influence caused by weak light on the growth of Maize and promote plant growth.
