热带玉米Suwan群体的遗传特性及育种潜势

基于对玉米Suwan1、3和5群体的农艺性状特征特性调查和玉米Suwan1群体的遗传潜势研究,分析发现玉米Suwan1、3、5群体的遗传特征特性分析和小区产量分析,以及前人在育种中的实践经验,发现Suwan1群体的综合性状优于Suwan3、Suwan5;基于导入玉米Suwan1群体后的杂种优势模式及产量表现,根据两年(贵州贵阳)的田间产量鉴定结果;分析发现将Suwan1/旅大红骨类群的种质与PB类群的平均产量(495.60Kg/亩)最高;根据贵州省旱粮研究所将Suwan1种质导入我国5大玉米类群后顶交种的配合力和杂种优势组型经过2年多点的田间试验鉴定结果,得出强杂种优势组型:PB×旅大红骨/Suwan1;CIMMYT×Reid/Suwan1;CIMMYT×旅大红骨/Suwan1;PB×Reid/Suwan1。不同年份相同地点进行田间鉴定,由于进行的试验点较少,所以,很有必要对优良热带玉米Suwan1群体的遗传潜势及种质改良进行深入研究;以期更好地进行理论指导和实践应用。 英文摘要: Based on the survey of the genetic characteristics of maise Suwan 1,3 and 5 groups and the reserch of the maise Suwan1 group,analysing the genetic characterristics of maise Suwan 1,3 and 5 groups and the plot yield,meanwhile according to the previous experience in breeding,found that the Integrated traits of Suwan1 group are better than Suwan3,Suwan5;Based on the heterosis model and the yield performance of the impoting maise Suwan1 group,acoording to the result of the field production within two years(GuizhouGuiyang);found that the highest average yield(495.60Kg/m2)are germplasm of Suwan1/Ludahonggu and PB group;according to the results of the Drought Grain Institue of Guizhou Province who imported Suwan1 maise germplasm into China"s five major maise germplasm and the combining ability of the type top cross hybrids and the heterosis groups after two years of multi-point identification field trials,got strong heterosis model:PB×lvdahonggu/Suwan1,CIMMYT×Reid/Suwan1,CIMMYT×Lvdahonggu/Suwan1,PB×Reid/Suwan1.The same field in different years to identify locations, cause the few trail place,therefore,It is necessary to have a depth study about the genetic potential of the good tropical maize Suwan1 and its improvement,to make a better theoretical guidance and practical applications.
