适用于多重SSR检测的玉米基因组DNA提取方法

通过对SDS法、磁珠法、植物DNA提取试剂盒法和质粒DNA小提试剂盒法等4种提取玉米叶片全基因组DNA方法的比较,发现人工提取使用质粒DNA小提试剂盒法,机械自动化使用磁珠法获得的玉米全基因组DNA,适用于多重荧光SSR分子标记检测。 英文摘要: Maize genome DNA extraction is very important in the maize of molecular biology experiments, DNA extraction is directly determined by the quality of the success of the follow-up experiments. Based on the method of SDS, magnetic beads, plant DNA extraction kit and plasmid DNA small kit, we compared the whole genome DNA that extracted from maize leaf. We found that the small plasmid DNA kit method is the best method for artificial, and for mechanical automation the magnetic beads method is more suitable for multiple fluorescent SSR marker technique of DNA extraction method.
