为了解不同玉米品种对二斑叶螨生长发育的影响,探讨不同玉米品种对二斑叶螨的抗性,为今后的抗螨育种提供理论基础。实验设定温度25±1℃,光照16h,相对湿度20%,利用叶盘饲养法,组建二斑叶螨在郑单958、先玉335、正大12、平玉8号和西蒙6号5个玉米品种的实验种群生命表。结果表明,在不同品种玉米上,二斑叶螨的后若螨期、产卵前期、产卵期、产卵量、内禀增长率、平均世代周期、净增值率、周限增长率、种群加倍时间均存在显著差异(p<0.05);存活曲线类型不同,其中西蒙6号偏向Ⅰ型,平玉8号为Ⅱ型,郑单958、先玉335和正大12介于Ⅰ-Ⅲ型之间;净增值率在平玉8号上最高为13.14,在先玉335上最低为5.98;孵化率在西蒙6号最高为100%。二斑叶螨对西蒙6号与平玉8号的嗜食性较强,对先玉335和郑单958的嗜食性较弱。

Some investigations were conducted to ascertain the effects of Tetranychus urticae’s growth and productivity on different maize cultvars: Zhengdan 958, Xianyu 335, Zhengda 12, Pingyu 8, Ximeng 6. It can explore the mechanism of antibiosis and provide theoretical basis for future maize breeding. The life table experimental population was established at the following conditions, T=25±1℃, L:D=16:8, and RH=20%. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the post- nymph duration, preoviposition duration, oviposition duration, eggs laid, net reproductive rate(R0), finite rate of in-crease (λ), intrinsic rate of increase(rm), mean generation time (T), and the days needed to double population size(t) of Tetranychus urticae on five different cultivars. There was also a difference in the survival curves, Ximeng 6 belongs to deeveyⅠ, Pingyu 8 belongs to deeveyⅡ,others are between deevey I and deevey Ⅲ. The net reproductive rate was the highest on Pingyu 8, and the lowest on Xianyu 335. The highest hatching rate on Ximeng 6 is 100%. In conclusion, the mites
prefer eating Pingyu 8 and Ximeng 6 to Xianyu 335 and Zhengdan 958. Xianyu 335 and Zhengdan 958 should be widely planted in Ningxia irrigation areas.
