以ph4cv(高分蘖率)×A6(低分蘖率)的DH群体分蘖率为研究对象,应用盖钧镒主基因+多基因DH群体的遗传模型及混合分布方法,研究玉米分蘖率的遗传特性,并对近缘群体、杂优群体、自交系群体分蘖率进行了推导分析,利用六世代(ph6wc×ph4cv)分蘖率进行了验证。

The genetic analysis of PH4CV (high tillering rate) ×A6 (low tillering rate) DH population tiller rate were conducted by mixed major gene plus polygene gene DH population genetic model and mixed distribution method. The tillering rate of the closely related groups , the heterosis group and the inbred line were analyzed, the six generation(ph6wc ×ph4cv, P1,P2,F1,B1,B2,F2) tillering rate was validated.
