本试验利用29份材料5个NaCl浓度处理,分别为0(对照)、50、100、150、200 mmol.L -1 ,结果表明：200 mmol.L-1NaCl为玉米芽期耐盐性筛选的理想鉴定浓度,东方红2号、郑单958、良玉99高度耐盐,庆单3等9个品种较耐盐,登海618等七个品种中度耐盐,先玉335等六个品种对盐分敏感,农华106和农华101对盐分高度敏感。

This experiment has implied 29 materials and set 5 NaCl concentrations.The NaCl concentration were 0(as control)、50、100、150、200 mmol.L -1, respectively. The results showed that 200 mmol.L-1NaCl was corn bud ideal appraisal concentrations of salt resistance Dongfanghong 2,Zhengdan 958 and Liangyu 99 were highly resistant to salt; 9 materials were resistant to salt such as Qingdan 3, salt tolerance of 7 materials were moderate such as Denghai618;6 materials were sensitive to salt for example Xianyu 335; Nonghua 106 and Nonghua 101 were highly sensitive to salt .
