京724玉米自交系S型细胞质雄性不育系分子标记辅助选育初步研究
基于玉米优良品种的细胞质雄性不育系选育,是实现三系配套雄性不育化制种的基础和关键。本研究以我单位自育的S型细胞质雄性不育系MD32为供体,品种京科968的母本京724为受体,利用回交转育结合分子标记辅助背景选择,仅回交三代即获得了京724遗传背景的S型细胞质雄性不育系。经花粉I2-KI染色鉴定,京724不育系花粉败育完全。该不育系的成功选育,为实现京科968的雄性不育化制种奠定了良好基础。

It is the key and foundation of cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) to seed production that based on maize leading varieties. The S-type CMS line MD32, which has excellent comprehensive traits and complete sterility, was breed by maize research center, BAAFS. In this study, MD32 as donor, male sterile trait was transferred to the inbred line Jing724 using backcross breeding with molecular marker assisted background selection, which is female parent of Jingke968. Backcross only three generations, we obtained cms-Jing724 that genetic background close to Jing724. The male sterility characteristics of cms-Jing724 were stable, no anthers exposed on tassel and pollen aborted completely through I2-KI staining. This research has laid the good foundation for CMS seed production of Jingke968.
