干旱胁迫下植物生理生化及DNA甲基化的研究进展

干旱是影响植物正常生长发育的一个最重要的逆境因子,而植物为适应和抵御干旱环境所引起的生理生化过程是一个复杂的系统,DNA甲基化在植物干旱胁迫下过程中起了重要作用。本文主要从4个方面综述植物在干旱胁迫下主要的生理生化指标变化及DNA甲基化的研究进展,为抗旱种质的鉴定、筛选和抗旱生理育种提供参考。 英文摘要: Drought is one of the most important adversity factors affecting the plant growth. The physiological biochemical reaction and drought resistance genes of plant being adapt to and resisting drought environment are a complex system. DNA methylation plays an important role in plant drought stress. From four aspects, this article mainly summarized the research progress of the main physiological and biochemical indexes and drought resistance gene under drought stress, which provides the reference for the identification of resistant germplasm, screening and physiological breeding of drought resistance.
