对于玉米育种而言,抗除草剂是必备的品种特性。目前,烟嘧磺隆是世界上使用量最大的一种磺酰脲类内吸性除草剂。本文概括了玉米对烟嘧磺隆敏感差异的表现、作用机理和生理生化机制,重点阐述了玉米烟嘧磺隆敏感性的遗传分析与基因定位的研究现状,并对玉米抗烟嘧磺隆育种研究做出了展望,以期对烟嘧磺隆的推广使用、玉米耐烟嘧磺隆种质创新、分子标记辅助育种和杂交种选育提供参考和借鉴。

For the purposes of maize breeding, the herbicide-resistance is one of essential characteristics of variety. The Nicosulfuron is a sulfonylurea herbicide, application amount of which is the largest in the world currently. This paper summarizes the performance of sensitivity differences, mechanism and physiological and biochemical mechanisms of maize to the nicosulfuron, focus on the research status of genetic analysis and gene mapping of sensitivity differences of maize to the nicosulfuron and forecasts the nicosulfuron-resistant breeding of maize in order to provide reference to nicosulfuron application, maize germplasm innovation of nicosulfuron-resistant, molecular marker-assisted breeding and hybrid breeding.
