玉米品种间早期对不同程度盐碱胁迫敏感反应差异

在不同盐分土壤条件下:对照(非盐碱土)、轻度盐碱(0.188%)、中度盐碱(0.268%)。对12个黄淮海区域主推夏玉米品种的早期耐盐碱性进行评价筛选,以郑单958为对照品种。结果表明:在轻度盐碱和中度盐碱情况下,先玉335和承玉10的发芽势均较高,郑单958较低;鲁单818在轻度盐碱和中度盐碱条件下根表面积、根体积、总根长均有明显地增加。与对照土壤相比,在轻度盐碱和中度盐碱条件下济丰96和郑单958叶片MDA含量均有所下降,济丰96中度盐碱条件下SOD活性相对值最低(小于0.50),鲁单818 中度盐碱条件下POD活性相对值最高。根据轻、中度盐碱土壤下7个指标隶属函数值综合评价,鲁单818、承玉10为早期耐盐碱品种,济丰96、德利农318、浚单20为早期不耐盐碱品种,其它为中等耐盐碱品种。 英文摘要: Under the condition of different saline-alkali soil, i.e. control (not saline soil), saline-alkali soil of slight (0.188% salt ) and moderate salinity (0.268% salt), the difference in salinity resistance at early stage among twelve popular maize varieties was studied and Zhengdan 958 was used as control. Under both slight and moderate saline-alkali soil condition, Xianyu 335 and Chengyu 10 both showed much higher germination potential than that of Zheng Dan 958 Ludan 818 had the biggest root surface area, root volume and total root length under both slight and moderate saline-alkali soil condition, compared with the control soil, Jifeng 96 and Zhengdan 958 both showed decreased MDA concentration in leaf with two saline-alkali soil conditions. Under moderate saline-alkali soil condition, Jifeng 96 had lowest relative SOD value (< 0.50), while Ludan 818 had highest POD value. According to the membership function values of the seven physiological indices, it could be classified that Ludan 818 and Chengyu 10 are relatively saline-alkali-tolerant varieties, Jifeng 96 and Delinong 318 are saline-alkali-sensitive varieties, others are medium saline-alkali -tolerant varieties at early growth stage..
