8个玉米单倍体诱导系诱导率的配合力研究

研究利用8个玉米单倍体诱导系按照NCⅡ方法进行杂交组配的28个诱导系F1,与6个骨干自交系京724、京92、京X005、昌7-2、郑58和农系531杂交进行诱导率测验,分析诱导系诱导率的配合力及其遗传特性。结果表明诱导系JKY044、JKY043、JKY042的一般配合力效应较高,是优良的育种材料。特殊配合力分析表明3个诱导系组合JKY042/JKY044、JKY005/JKY041、JKY042/JKY046诱导率的特殊配合力效应较高。遗传参数分析表明诱导率主要以加性效应为主,可通过不断选择来提高诱导率;同时诱导率的狭义遗传力较高,宜在早代进行选择。 英文摘要: Twenty-eight inducer F1 were obtained by eight haploid inducers crossed using NCⅡdesign. The twenty-eight inducer F1 were used as the male parent, and crossed with six inbred lines, Jing 724, Jing 92 , Jing 464, Chang 7-2 , Zheng 58, Nongxi531, in Hainan and Beijing. The combining ability of haploid induction rate and genetic parameters were analyzed for the inducers. The results indicated that the general combining ability of JKY044, JKY043, JKY042 were higher. The special combining ability of JKY042/JKY044、JKY005/JKY041、JKY042/JKY046 were outstanding. At the same time, the genetic parameters analysis showed that the haploid induction rate was mainly effected by additive effects , indicating that the induce rate can be accumulated by useful selection. Meanwhile, the high narrow heritability of induce rate remaindered the early selection.
