农家种玉米资源抗丝黑穗病鉴定与评价

为明确不同农家种玉米资源抗丝黑穗病差异,于2006~2010年在甘肃省天水市甘谷县采用田间人工接种法对 341 份材料进行田间抗性鉴定和评价。结果表明,未发现高抗材料;3份材料康南大麻子(00100108)、花糯包谷(00231081)和品综2号(00040860)表现抗病;9份材料小粒红(00060269)、黄金塔(00080019)、岚峰小粒红(00080377)、前川黄马牙(00402029)、Czerwony Taplanszen Thereszt(00505016)、糯玉米(00201242)、甜玉米(00030253)、86122-1-1(00041198)、B681(00041204)表现中抗;其余329份表现感病和高感,分别占供鉴材料的0.00%、0.88%、2.64%和96.48%。 英文摘要: The study aimed to confirm the smut rot-resistance differences among peasant resources, adopting the method of artificial inoculation under field conditions, the resistance of 341 scores of maize peasant resources were assessed and evaluated at Gangu county, Tianshui city, in Gansu province from 2006 to 2010. The results showed that there was no high- resistance species, 3 materials were resistance, such as Kangnandamazi (00100108), Huanuobaogu (00231081) and Pinzong No.2 (00040860), 9 materials were middle- resistance, for example, Xiaolihong (00060269), Huangjinta (00080019), Lanfengxiaolihong (00080377), Qianchuanhuangmaya (00402029), Czerwony Taplanszen Thereszt (00505016), Waxy corn(00201242), Sweet corn (00030253), 86122-1-1(00041198), B681(00041204), the other 328 materials were susceptible and high susceptible, the percentage were 0.00%, 0.88%, 2.64% and 96.48% respectively.
