为了检测甜玉米DH系纯度,采用17对多态性SSR引物对“粤甜13号”的79个DH系进行分子鉴定,并与DH系表型性状鉴定结果比较。结果发现:基于SSR的分子标记检测技术是鉴定甜玉米DH系材料是否纯合的有效手段,仅通过田间表型鉴定很难准确判断材料是否纯合。规范的加倍及扩繁程序是解决DH系混杂的根本措施。

: In order to test the purity of sweet corn double haploid line, seventeen pairs polymorphic SSR primers were used toidentify purityof 79 DH linesoriginating from “Yuetian 13", compared withthe phenotype traits identification result of DH lines. The results showed that the detection technique based on the SSR molecular marker is an effective method to identify whether the sweet corn DH lines homozygous, only through the field identification of phenotype is difficult to identify whether the DH line is homozygous. Normative procedure of doubling and propagation is the fundamental measure to solve the problem of DH line farrago.
