【研究目的】以两组极端抗根倒性的玉米自交系为材料,对两组自交系的入土气生根条数、入土气生根角度、入土气生根直径、茎粗、株高、穗位高、穗上节间数、基部茎节长进行比较研究;结果表明:两组自交系入土气生根总条数、入土气生根角度、穗上节间数、基部茎节长差异显著,能准确评价玉米自交系的抗根倒性。在评价和选育抗根倒性强的玉米自交系时,选择入土气生根总条数多、入土气生根角度大、穗上节间数少、基部茎节长度小的玉米自交系,同时综合参考其它指标的表现,是简单、有效的选育抗根倒性自交系的可行性途径。

Abstract:【OBJECTIVE】Compare the effective brace root number, brace root angle, brace root diameter, stem diameter, plant height, ear height, internode number up ear , basal internode length of the two groups of extreme lodging resistance of maize inbred lines. 【RESULTS】The result showed that: There is an significant difference between the effective root number, root angle, root diameter,stem diameter, plant height, ear height, internode number up ear , basal internode length of the two groups, which can evaluate the lodging resistance. 【CONCLUSION】In the evaluation and selection of maize inbred lines or varieties with strong root lodging resistance, select the inbred lines with more effective brace root number, wider brace root angle, less inernode number up ear ,longer basal inrernode length , and consider other indicators’ performance, is an simple, effective and feasible way of breeding lodging resistant inbred lines.
