玉米S型细胞质雄性不育系可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸及丙二醛含量分析

为探究玉米细胞质雄性不育的生化机制,以自交系郑58及其2个S型细胞质雄性不育系为材料,对不同生育时期叶片和雄穗小花中的可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量进行比较研究。结果表明,在散粉期郑58叶片中可溶性糖含量显著低于不育系,而雄穗小花中可溶性糖含量显著高于不育系。郑58叶片中游离脯氨酸含量仅在雄穗发育末期显著低于郑58cms-Q1261;雄穗小花中游离脯氨酸含量在雄穗发育初期及散粉期均显著高于不育系。郑58叶片中丙二醛含量除雄穗发育末期和抽雄期,其他时期与不育系均有显著差异;雄穗小花中丙二醛含量在雄穗发育初期和散粉期与不育系差异均不显著。 英文摘要: In order to make further study on the biochemical mechanism of cytoplasmic male sterility of maize, Zheng58cms-M084、Zheng58cms-Q1261 which were S-cytoplasmic male sterility lines and their maintainer Zheng58 were used to comparatively analyze the contents of soluble sugar, free proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) in their leaves and anthers during different developmental stages. The results showed that soluble sugar content in the leaves of Zheng58 was significantly lower than that of two sterile lines at pollen shedding stage, whileSthe content of soluble sugarSin the anthers of Zheng58Swas significantly higher than that ofStwo sterile lines. Free prolineScontent in the leaves of Zheng58 was significantly lower than that of Zheng58cms-Q1261 only at the later stage of tassel florets development, whileSthe content of free proline inSthe anthers of Zheng58Swas significantly higher than that ofStwo sterile lines at the early stage of tassel florets development andSpollen shedding stage. MDA contentSin the leaves ofSZheng58 was significant difference withStwo sterile lines during different developmental stages except the later stage of tassel florets development andStasseling stage, while the content of MDA inSthe anthersSof Zheng58Swas not significant difference withStwo sterile lines at the early stage of tassel florets development andSpollen shedding stage.
