青枯病对不同抗性玉米自交系叶片生理特性的影响

以对青枯病抗性不同的玉米自交系为材料,研究了青枯病对玉米叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量以及电导率的影响。结果表明,接种青枯病菌后,感病自交系黄早四从14d开始出现感病症状,抗病自交系K12HF526在30d后才出现轻微感病症状。两自交系对照组叶片的POD活性、SOD活性和MDA含量表现趋势一致,而抗病自交系高于感病自交系。不同自交系对照组的叶片叶绿素含量一致,处理组中感病自交系明显低于抗病自交系,可能是感染青枯病导致叶绿素含量降低。抗病自交系叶片可溶性蛋白含量在接种前后差异不显著,感病自交系接种21d后显著降低。通过电导率计算伤害率的结果表明,抗性自交系的伤害率远远低于感病自交系的伤害率。 英文摘要: Two maize (Zea mays) inbred lines with different resistance to maize stalk rot were used to study the effect of stalk rot on peroxidase (POD) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content and conductivity in leaf. The results showed that susceptible inbred line Huangzao 4 appeared disease symptoms at the 14th day and resistant inbred line K12HF526 appeared a slight disease symptom in the 30th day after inoculation with the stalk rot pathogen. POD activity, SOD activity and MDA content of the control group leaf of two inbred lines showed the same trend, while the resistant inbred line was higher than the susceptible inbred line. Chlorophyll content of the control group from two inbred lines was consistent before inoculation. Chlorophyll content of susceptible inbred line was significantly lower than that of the resistant inbred line after inoculation, which the reduction of chlorophyll content may due to the infection of stalk rot. Leaf soluble protein content of resistant inbred line was not significantly different between control and treated group, however that of the susceptible inbred lines reduced significantly after 21 days inoculation. The calculation result of damage rate showed that the damage rate of resistant inbred line is much lower than that of the susceptible inbred line.
