不同来源国内外自交系耐低温评价利用研究

【】2014-2015年在哈尔滨、克山、黑河三地对160份美国玉米自交系和63份国内玉米自交系及15份欧洲玉米自交系进行不同播种期的耐低温试验。结果表明:不同地点、不同播种期的出苗率均有显著性差异,238份材料二期平均出苗率差异达到极显著水平(t0.05)。本次苗期耐低温试验筛选出耐冷性强的玉米材料5份,IBB14、LH163、MBPM、CO372、PHM49,这些材料表现为早发性好及低温环境下出苗率高。 英文摘要: Low temperature tolerance of 160 American maize inbred lines, 63 domestic maize inbred lines and 15 European maize inbred lines have been test in Harbin, Keshan and Heihe in 2014-2015. The results indicated that the difference of emergence rate at three sites and two sowing stages was significant, and reached an extremely significant level(P0.05). 5 cold-tolerance maize cultivars, IBB14, LH163, MBPM, CO372 and PHM49, with excellent early onset and emergence rate were selected in this test
