20篇学术论文入选中国农科院近5年中长期代表作
近日,中国农业科学院利用论文的“学科规范化引文影响力”(CNCI,Category Normalized Citation Impact)指标,评选出20篇2014-2018年中长期代表作论文。
CNCI是论文被引频次的规范化指标,即论文实际被引次数与同文献类型、同出版年、同学科领域文献的期望被引次数(基线值)的比值。它排除了学科领域、出版年与文献类型对论文影响力的偏差,可以较好反映单篇论文的学术影响。如果一篇论文的CNCI值大于1,则可以认为它的影响力高于国际平均水平,如果小于1则反之,且指标数值与影响力正相关。当一篇文献被划归至多个学科领域时,其CNCI值是实际引用与预期引用之比的平均值。
此次选出的20篇中长期代表作论文以中国农科院为第一作者机构或通讯作者机构,来自植物学、昆虫学、水产科学、遗传学、环境科学等多个学科,包括作科所、植保所、蔬菜所、基因组所各4篇,棉花所2篇,饲料所、水稻所、油料所、茶叶所和环保所各1篇。代表作中既有NATURE、SCIENCE、CELL等国际顶尖期刊发文,也有许多期刊影响因子并不突出但在所属学科被引用情况表现优异的论文,体现了近5年来中国农科院各学科领域取得的高影响力研究成果。
中国农科院将坚持以创新质量和学术贡献为核心的评价导向,不断探索建立更加符合农业基础研究特点和规律的论文评价指标,推动传统的“以刊论文”与“唯影响因子”式评价向对论文本身质量评价转变,推动年度论文评价、论文数量评价向中长期代表作评价转变。
