不同类型助剂对玉米田莠去津增效作用的研究

通过生物测定、仪器分析以及田间试验的方法系统研究了不同类型助剂对莠去津的增效作用以及对玉米和蚯蚓的安全性。试验结果表明,不同助剂对莠去津增效顺序为复合型助剂>有机硅助剂>非离子表面活性剂>肥类助剂>油类助剂>糖类助剂,复合型助剂对35%莠去津悬浮剂增效效果最佳。通过对药液物理性状研究表明,助剂能够降低药液表面张力和干燥时间;增加扩展直径和药液最大持留量。同时,各类助剂对玉米和蚯蚓安全,与莠去津混用时可提高对作物的安全性,其中复合助剂和有机硅助剂与莠去津混合使用能够显著降低药液在土壤中的淋溶,提高25cm≤土层深度(d)≤35cm范围内蚯蚓的存活率。 关键词:助剂;莠去津;除草活性;物理性状;安全性 英文摘要: The synergistic effects of different types of adjuvants on atrazine and the safety of corn and earthworm were studied systematically by bioassay, instrumental analysis and field trial methods. The test results show that the order of synergistic effect of different adjuvants on atrazine is compound adjuvant>silicone adjuvant>nonionic surfactant>fertilizer adjuvant>oil adjuvant>carbohydrate adjuvant, compound adjuvant has the best synergistic effect on 35% atrazine suspension. Through the study of the physical properties of the liquid, it is shown that the adjuvant can reduce the surface tension and drying time of the liquid; increase the expanded diameter and the maximum retention of the liquid. At the same time, all kinds of adjuvants are safe for corn and earthworm. The atrazine added compound adjuvant and silicone adjuvant can reduce the leaching of the liquid in the soil, significantly, improving the safety of crop when mixed with atrazine, and increasing the survival rate of earthworm in the range of 25 cm ≤ soil depth (d) ≤ 35 cm.
