优良玉米自交系XZ966-14及其衍生系的创制与应用

创制优良玉米自交系是培育优良杂交种的基础,引进利于国外种质资源是创制优良自交系的重要手段。本研究以利用美国PB玉米种质资源材料为主线,采用系谱法选系和“晚代双列渐进測交法”测定配合力,创制出优良自交系XZ966-14及其衍生系WZ049、WZ0714、WZ126、WZ1422和WZ1423,其主要农艺性状表现优良,产量配合力好。已用这些系杂交组配育成2个品种通过国家审定;2个品种通过西南4省市审定;17个品种通过1个省市审定;9个品种待审定。XZ966-14及其衍生系与Reid或PA、旅大红谷、部分PB种质衍生系杂交有较强杂交优势,在产量配合力育种方面,这些系还有较大的育种潜力可挖掘。 英文摘要: Creating%20fine%20maize%20inbred%20is%20the%20basis%20of%20breeding%20good%20hybrids,and%20introducing%20foreign%20germplasm%20resources%20is%20an%20important%20means%20to%20create%20good%20inbred.In%20this%20study,utilizing%20PB%20maize%20germplasm%20resources%20in%20the%20United%20States%20were%20regarded%20as%20the%20main%20line,using%20pedigree%20selection%20method%20and%20"late-generation%20diallel%20progressive%20crossing%20method"%20to%20determine%20combining%20ability%20of%20selection%20line,we%20had%20created%20excellent%20inbred%20XZ966-14%20and%20its%20derivatives%20WZ049,WZ0714,%20WZ126,%20WZ1422%20and%20WZ1423.The%20main%20agronomic%20characters%20of%20these%20lines%20were%20excellent,and%20yield%20combining%20ability%20was%20good.Two%20cultivars%20bred%20by%20crossing%20these%20lines%20have%20been%20examined%20and%20approveand%20by%20the%20state;two 查看全文
