抗虫耐除草剂转基因玉米花粉生活力研究

玉米作为世界范围内最重要的农业和经济作物之一其产量与花粉的生活力密切相关,并且玉米花粉也是相关转基因作物外源基因扩散的主要途径。为了明确转Cry1Ab、EPSPS基因玉米对花粉生活力的影响,使用离体培养法检测不同玉米材料花粉萌发率并于显微镜下观察花粉粒直径。结果表明:刚离体花粉萌发活力最强,培养180min后花粉萌发率可达89.4%,高温(36℃)条件下放置2h花粉基本丧失萌发能力;与非转基因对照相比转Cry1Ab、EPSPS基因玉米对花粉离体后的生存能力无显著影响,对花粉粒直径大小无影响。 英文摘要: As one of the most important agricultural and economic crops worldwide, maize yield is closely related to the viability of pollen, and maize pollen is also the main approach to the diffusion of exogenous genes in genetically modified crops. In order to determine the effect of Cry1Ab and EPSPS gene maize on the pollen viability, the pollen germination rate of different maize materials was detected by the method of vitro culture and the diameter of pollen grains was observed under the microscope. The results showed that pollen germination rate of maize was strongest when the pollen just in vitro which approximately 89.4% after 180min.The pollen was almost completely inactivated when put it at high temperature (36℃) for 120 minutes; no significant effect on the viability of pollen in vitro and the diameter of pollen grains between the transgenic maize and the normal control. 查看全文
