玉米GA2ox类基因的发掘及其在苗期干旱胁迫后的表达分析
GA2ox类基因是玉米赤霉素合成途径中的一类负调控基因,其表达产物(GA 2-oxidases)可通过降解赤霉素及其前体物质,调控植物中赤霉素的含量,进而影响植株的诸多表型。本研究发掘到玉米ZmGA2ox类基因13个,并且进一步分析了各基因的基因结构以及在不同组织中的表达状况。通过对各基因干旱胁迫下转录变化的分析,发现只有ZmGA2ox3;1、ZmGA2ox3;2、ZmGA2ox6、ZmGA2ox7;3和ZmGA2ox9等5个ZmGA2ox类基因在干旱胁迫后发生了显著的转录变化。本研究为解析ZmGA2ox类赤霉素调控基因参与玉米耐旱响应过程提供了基础数据,并初步鉴定出了ZmGA2ox类基因中与玉米耐旱响应相关的候选基因。

The GA2ox like genes are important regulated genes in the gibberellin (GA) biosynthesis pathway. GA2-oxidases, the expression products of GA2oxs, can degrade GAs and its immediate precursor, leading to a lower GA content and reduced growth. In this study, 13 maize ZmGA2ox genes were identified, and the gene structure and their expression in different tissues were analyzed. Furthermore, the transcription changes were explored in the maize seedlings under the drought stress. The results showed only ZmGA2ox3;1, ZmGA2ox3;2, ZmGA2ox6, ZmGA2ox7;3 and ZmGA2ox9 were significantly upregulated. This study provided basic data for researching the relation between gibberellin regulation and drought responding in maize, and preliminary identified some ZmGA2ox candidate genes involved in the respond to drought stress.
