摘要:加强我国玉米种质扩增、改良和创新对拓宽我国的玉米遗传基础具有重要意义。本研究采用NCII遗传交配设计,以PHB1M和PH6WC为测验种,与53份循环选系材料进行测交,以期评价其配合力和育种潜势。结果表明:初步筛选出8份优良材料,其中A群3个(S1821、S1814、S1813),B群5个(S1861、S1870、S1828、S1838、S1841)。初步筛选出两个高产、稳产新组合,S1821/PHB1M和S1814/PHB1M在两点的平均产量比对照先玉696分别增产10.59%和7.93%。11个组合仅在公主岭表现较好,其中3个组合(S1833/PHB1M、S1838/PHB1M、S1850/PHB1M)比对照先玉335增产。

Abstract: The use of excellent inbred lines is of great importance for strengthening the amplification, improvement and innovation of maize germplasm and broadening the genetic basis of maize in China. In this study, NCII genetic mating design was used, with PHB1M and PH6WC as the test species, and 53 cycles of selected materials were submitted for cross test to evaluate their combining ability and breeding potential. The results showed that 8 excellent materials were selected, Among them, group A (S1821、S1814、S1813),group B (S1861、S1870、S1828、S1838、S1841).The results showed that the average yield of S1821/PHB1M and S1814/PHB1M was 10.59% and 7.93% more than the control Xian Yu 696,respectively.Eleven combinations only performed better in Gongzhuling, and three combiantions(S1833/PHB1M、S1838/PHB1M、S1850/PHB1M)increased yield compared with that of Xianxu 335.
