GGE双标图模型在玉米新品种测试中的应用

田间测试是育种的核心环节,利用科学的数据分析方法评估多点田间产量测试是筛选高产稳产优良玉米新品种的有效途径。本研究利用GenStat软件对2017年春玉米区24个中熟新品种的多点测试进行分析,基于GGE双标图模型分析表明:各试验点中以吉林省公主岭柳阳鉴定点具有较强的品种区分能力,吉林省公主岭铁北区鉴定点最具有代表性,而甘肃省武威靖远县不适合作为此试验的鉴定地;GGE双标图丰产性稳产型表明吉单37表现最为突出。基于相邻标准法分析表明:农华218、吉单37表现最好。综合分析,GGE双标图在品种产量评价方面与相邻标准法结果基本一致,且GGE双标图可以更加全面有效地评估品种和试点,对于玉米新品种的科学准确测试具有重要的意义。 英文摘要: Field testing is the core link of breeding. The use of scientific data analysis methods to evaluate yield tests is an effective way to identify suitable high-yielding, stable-yielding and good-quality maize varieties. GenStat data processing system was used to analyze the 24 maize varieties in mid-maturity area in 2017. To identify suitable high-yielding, stable-yielding and good-quality maize varieties for spring maize field. The analysis of each test point shows that the identification site in Liuyang, Jilin Province has strong ability to distinguish varieties, and Gongzhuling, Jilin Province was the most representative, but Wuwei, Gansu Province was not suitable for the identification of this test. The GGE-biplot shows that the performance of Jidan 37 is outstanding.The use of the adjacent standard method showed that: Nonghua 218 and Jidan 37 performed best. The comprehensive analysis shows that the GGE-biplot is basically the same as the results of the adjacent standard method in evaluating the yield of varieties, and the GGE-biplot can more comprehensively and effectively evaluate varieties and sites, which is of great significance for the test and analysis of new Maize Cultivars. 查看全文
