热带玉米Tuxpeno种质形成、改良及育种潜势分析

玉米是我国第一大粮食作物,对保障国家粮食安全具有重大意义。但是,玉米种质资源狭窄和杂种优势单一,严重制约着我国玉米育种和生产的发展,发掘优异种质, 获得突破性育种材料是选育优良品种的基础与前提,热带、亚热带玉米种质的引入、改良和应用对促进我国玉米育种与生产发展起到重要作用。本文综述了热带玉米Tuxpeno种质形成、改良以及演化进程;同时,采用群体改良方法对玉米Tuxpeno-Reid种质进行了4次轮回选择,构建了温热人工合成Tuxpeno-Reid 1号(简称墨瑞1号)C0、C1、C2和C3群体。并回顾了玉米Tuxpeno种质在我国玉米育种与生产中的应用,旨在有效地利用热带玉米Tuxpeno种质提供技术支撑,并进一步拓宽与丰富我国现有狭窄的种质基础提供理论依据。 英文摘要: Maize(Zea mays L.)is the largest grain crop in china, which is of great significance to national food security. However, the narrow germplasm resources and the single heterosis mode restrict seriously the development of maize breeding and production in china. explore the excellent germplasm, get breakthrough is the basis and premise of breeding excellent varieties breeding materials, the introduction of tropical and subtropical maize germplasm, improvement and application to promote the development of maize breeding and production play an important role. This article summarizes improvement and evolution of Tuxpeno germplasm in tropical maize were reviewed. Meanwhile, based on maize Tuxpeno-Reid germplasm was selected four times by population improvement and constructed the groups of C0, C1, C2 and C3.
