高密度条件下不同基因型玉米高产特性及耐密性研究

本研究以13份不同基因型玉米品种为材料,采用裂区试验,在玉米各生育期,通过对玉米的产量及产量性状(穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、百粒重、出籽率、含水量)和农艺性状(株高、穗位高、棒三叶叶面积)进行测量,分析了不同基因型玉米的高产特性及耐密性。研究结果表明,在75000株/hm2密度下,登海618产量最高,其次为农大372、先玉688,登海518产量最低。在90000株/hm2密度下,滑玉168产量最高,其次为农大372、迪卡517,登海518产量最低。通过隶属函数分析、主成分分析等方法对品种耐密性进行了综合评价。结果表明,7个指标可转换为3个独立指标作为耐密性指标进行综合评价,从中筛选出耐密性强的品种有:农大372、联创808、利单618、先玉688,耐密性较弱的品种有:登海518、登海618、裕丰303。 英文摘要: In this study, thirteen varieties of different maize genotypes were used under two different planting density conditions. By using split plot experiment, the yield and yield related characteristics (including ear length, ear diameter, rows per ear, kernel pre row, 100-seed weight and moisture) and agronomic characteristics (including plant height, ear height and leaf area of three ear-leaves ) were investigated in different maize growth period. High yield characteristics and density tolerance were analyzed. The result showed that the yield of Denghai618 was highest, the next were Nongda327 and Xianyu688, Denghai518 was lowest under the density of 75000 plants /hm2, the yield of Huayu168 was highest, the next were Nongda327 and Dika517, Denghai518 was lowest under the density of 90000 plants /hm2. High yield characteristics and density tolerance were studied by fuzzy membership function method and principal component analysis. The results showed that 7 single morphological indexes for maize of different genotypes could be recombined into three separate comprehensive indexes. The 13 different genotypes maize could be divided into 3 groups. The varieties with strong resistance to high density were: Nongda372, Lianchuang808, Lidan618, Xianyu688 etc. The varieties with weak resistance to high density were: Denghai518, Denghai618,Yufeng303. 查看全文
