为明确不同外源维生素浸种对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。本研究以玉米杂交种“郑单958”为试验材料,采用不同质量浓度50、100、200 mg/L的维生素VB1、VB2、VB6、VB12、VC、VH、VPP浸种24 h后播种,分析玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长以及脯氨酸等可溶性调节物质情况。供试维生素在100 mg/L和200 mg/L处理下基本都呈现对种子萌发指数的促进,其中100 mg/L浓度维生素处理对种子萌发率促进效果显著,其中VC处理促进效果最为明显;200 mg/L处理下均呈现对种子发芽势的显著促进作用;50 mg/L维生素对上述三个指标在的影响出现分歧。与未处理对照相比,不同种类维生素和不同质量浓度的同一维生素对玉米幼苗根冠比影响不同,可以划分为四种类型:显著促进型,包括VB1、VB2和VB12;显著抑制型,包括VB6;显著促进和显著抑制混合型,包括VH和VC;促抑均不显著的包括VPP。另外,维生素浸种均可引起玉米幼苗可溶性糖含量显著升高,但对玉米幼苗脯氨酸含量大致可以分为两类:一类是三个浓度表现基本一致,呈显著抑制的类型,包括VB2、VB6、VH和VPP;另一类是三个浓度表现不同。结果表明,外源维生素浸种处理可显著改变玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长,而且不同维生素在不同浓度下对各生长指标影响不尽相同,脯氨酸等可溶性调节物质变化也不尽相同。
