不同玉米品种及其亲本耐深播特性分析

播种深度是影响玉米种子萌发的重要因素,本研究以10份玉米杂交种及对应的19份父母本为材料,在播深5、10和15cm条件下,对出苗率、苗长、根长、中胚轴长、芽鞘长、苗重、根重和中胚轴重等指标进行变异分析和杂交种与其父母本出苗率的相关分析等。在播深15cm条件下,通过指标筛选出辽单588、辽单1211、辽单565和辽单575等4个玉米杂交种为耐深播品种;辽3313、辽6049、XL21、辽7980和辽2386为耐深播玉米自交系。本研究结果显示,出苗能力具有一定的遗传相关性,但是父本母本哪一个是起主要遗传因素并不明显,需要进一步遗传研究揭示。在玉米杂交种和自交系中,中胚轴长和根长与田间出苗率均达到显著相关,说明中胚轴长和根长在玉米深播后对出苗起到关键性作用。 英文摘要: Depth of sowing is an important factor affecting the germination of maize seeds. In this study we carried out the correlation analysis of seedling rate, seedling length, root length, mesocotyl length, sprout sheath, seedling weight, root weight, mesocotyl weight and emergence rate at 5cm 10cm and 15cm planting depth using 10 maize hybrid lines and 19 inbred lines as materials. The results show that liaodan588 liaodan1211 liaodan565 liaodan575 are hybrids with deep-sowing tolerance and liao3313 liao6049 XL21 liao7950 liao3162 liao2386 PH6WC liao8821 liao3258 are inbred with deep-sowing tolerance. The experimental research results indicated that the emerging ability has genetic correlation but which one is the major genetic factors is not obvious which needs further research. In this study the results showed that the length ,root and mesocotyl were significantly correlated with the seedling rate of which indicated that the embryo axis and root length played key roles for maize emergence at deep sowing. 查看全文
