通过SNP基因芯片(56110个SNP)对三对玉米大斑病Ht3近等基因系进行分析。采用生物信息学和比较基因组学方法,确定29个相关数量抗性候选基因,分布于2、3、7、9号染色体;14个候选基因与各类酶活性、能源合成、金属离子、DNA合成修饰、抗逆等功能相关。其中GRMZM2G058197位于7号染色体bin7.04区域166087520-166091392,与玉米大斑病质量抗性基因Ht3基因位置相吻合。该研究成果为进一步进行玉米大斑病抗病基因研究提供了理论和数据支撑。

In this paper, we analyzed of three pairs near-isogenic lines to NCLB of maize using of SNP gene chip(56,110 SNP). Through bioinformatics and comparative genomics analysis, potential fenes screening and function prediction were performed. 29 candidate genes were identified, which were distributed on chromosomes 2, 3, 7 and 9. 14 candidate genes were associated with various enzyme activities, energy synthesis, metal ions, DNA synthesis modification, stress resistance. GRMZM2G058197 is located in bin7.04 region 166087520- 166091392, that is preliminarily identified as a candidate gene for Ht3. The results provide theoretical and data support for further research on resistance genes of NCLB.
