玉米自交系京724和郑58的产量配合力及杂种优势研究

研究利用优良玉米自交系京724和郑58为材料,采用NCII遗传交配设计,以京92、京2416、昌7-2、黄早四、京24、Lx9801等14个黄改群自交系为测验种,杂交组配所得28个杂交组合。调查测定杂交组合和自交系的籽粒产量,分析京724和郑58与黄改群自交系的产量配合力及杂交种的杂种优势特性。结果表明自交系京724籽粒产量的一般配合力效应值为7.03,极显著高于郑58;杂交组合京724/京92(京科968)籽粒产量的特殊配合力相对效应值在全部组合中最高,达到23.71,比郑58/昌7-2(郑单958)特殊配合力相对效应值高20.27;京724与系列黄改系组配组合的籽粒产量均值显著高于郑58的;京724与系列黄改系所配组合的超标优势均值显著高于郑58的;京科968的杂种优势指数与郑单958相当,京科968双亲籽粒产量比郑单958双亲显著提高是遗传上京科1968能够比郑单958显著增产的主要原因。 英文摘要: The excellent inbred lines Jing724 and Zheng58 were used to create 28 hybrid combinations with fourteen testers belongs to Huanggai group by NCII genetic designs in the study. The grain yield of inbred lines and hybrid combinations were investigated, and the yield combining ability of Jing724 and Zheng58 and heterosis of hybrid combinations were analyzed. The results showed that the general combining ability effect of grain yield of Jing724 was 7.03, which was significantly higher than that of Zheng58. The special combining ability analysis indicated that the grain yield of Jing724/Jing92 (Jingke968) with the highest special combining ability of 23.71, which was higher than that of Zheng58/Chang7-2 (Zhengdan958). The results also indicated that the yield potential of hybrid combinations and Over-standard heterosis of hybrid grain yield of Jing724 with fourteen Huanggai group inbred lines was higher than that of Zheng 58. Although Jingke 968 was similar to Zhengdan 958 in terms of heterosis index, the yield of Jingke 968 was significantly higher than Zhengdan 958, dued to the yield of Jingke 968 parents was significantly higher than that of Zhengdan 958 parents. 查看全文
