玉米籽粒含水率测定方法的比较

摘要:为比较生产中谷物水分测量仪快速测定玉米籽粒水分与直接干燥法之间的结果差异,探寻玉米籽粒水分的快速准确测试方法。2016和2017年在北京、河南和新疆等地,利用Kett公司生产的PM-8188-A型高频电容式谷物水分测量仪测定玉米籽粒含水率,并与直接干燥法进行对比分析。结果表明,PM-8188-A型谷物水分测量仪测定结果与直接干燥法之间有显著的差异,玉米籽粒含水率在8%—44%范围内(以直接干燥法为准),当籽粒含水率较低时水分仪测定值比直接干燥法高,含水率较高时其测定值比直接干燥法低。在25%—32%水分范围内可以认为水分仪法和直接干燥法之间无显著差异;超过这个范围可用校正方程y=1.3536x-9.788(R2=0.9745,其中x为水分仪读数)或校正表进行校正。本试验表明,与直接干燥法相比,PM-8188-A型谷物水分测量仪的测定含水率具有一定的局限性,含水率超出25%—32%范围后应予以校正。 英文摘要: Abstract:The aim of the study is to compare the difference between the results of direct determination of grain moisture content of maize by moisture meter and the direct drying method, and to explore the rapid and accurate test method of grain moisture content of maize. The grain moisture content of maize was determined by Kett PM-8188-A high-frequency capacitive grain moisture meter in Beijing, Henan and Xinjiang in 2016 and 2017, and compared with the direct-drying method. The results of PM-8188-A cereal moisture meter showed significant difference with direct-drying method. The grain moisture content of maize was in the range of 10% -40%(direct-drying method as the standard). When the grain moisture content of maize was lower, the moisture meter was higher than the direct drying method, and when the moisture content was higher, the moisture meter was lower than the direct-drying method. There is no significant difference between the moisture meter method and the direct-drying method in the range of 25% -32% moisture; the calibration equation above this range can be used with the correction equation y = 1.3536x-9.788 (R2 = 0.9745, x is the moisture meter reading ) to correct. In conclusion, Compared with the direct drying method, the moisture content of PM-8188-A grain moisture meter has some limitations. After the moisture content exceeds 25% -32%, it should be corrected. 查看全文
