玉米是我国重要的粮食作物,经济用途多,在全球范围的需求量都比较大。玉米种业作为产业安全的源头,更是全球关注的热点问题。为了对我国玉米种业政策进行系统性的研究与建设,本研究以“玉米”为检索词,选取相关网站对政策法规进行采集,并以其为基础资源对政策的特点和来源进行分析,进一步明确了玉米种业政策法规体系的组成,包括良种补贴政策、价格保护政策、保险补贴政策、玉米临时收储政策、农业税收政策、农业经营许可政策,共六大类。通过对我国玉米种业政策进行了系统性的分析与建设,可以为我国玉米种业政策的研究提供理论框架基础,助力我国玉米种业的发展。

Corn is an important grain crop which has many economic uses and a large demangd in the world. As the source of industrial security,corn seed industry is a hot issue of global concern.
In order to study the system of the corn seed industry policy, taking "corn" as key words, select the relevant website to collect the policies and regulations.On the basis of the policy analysis, further clarify the composition of corn seed industry policies and regulations system, including subsidies policy,price protection policy, insurance subsidies, temporary storage of corn policy, agricultural tax policy, agricultural business licensing policy, a total of six major categories.In this paper, the policy of maize seed industry in China was systematically analyzed and constructed, which provided a theoretical framework for the study of corn seed industry policy and helped the development of corn seed industry.
