本文研究了秸秆还田对土壤pH、EC值、土壤腐解的影响及秸秆还田土壤腐解液对玉米纹枯病菌的影响。研究表明随着玉米秸秆还田量的增加土壤pH值降低、EC值升高。随着玉米秸秆3个处理还田量下降(分别为600kg/mu、300kg/mu、150kg/mu),秸秆纤维素腐解率升高,(分别为54.4%、67.4%、83.9%)。秸秆倍量还田(1200kg/mu)土壤腐解液浓度(0.041g/ml)对玉米纹枯病菌有抑制作用,而全量(600kg/mu)、1/2量(300kg/mu)、1/4量(150kg/mu)还田的土壤腐解液对病菌有促进作用。秸秆还田玉米纹枯病病害流行田间调查结果显示,病情指数:600kg/ mu>300kg/mu>150kg/mu>No Straw Recycling。

The effects of straw returning on soil pH, EC, soil degradation and the effects of straw incorporation on soil Rhizoctonia solani were studied in this paper. The result shows that the amount of straw returning reduced soil pH value in different height and the EC values also increased in different degrees. The maximum rate of decomposition rate of straw cellulose in 3 treatments was 54.4 percent, 67.4 percent and 83.9 percent, respectively, when the amount of straw 600kg/mu returned, the amount of 300kg/mu returned to straw and the amount of 150kg/mu returned to straw. The concentration of decomposed solution (0.041g/ml) obtained from soil straw with double amount straw returning (1200kg/mu) inhibited the Rhizoctonia solani. The total amount of straw, the amount of 1/2 and the amount of 1/4 returned to the field to produce decomposing solution, which could promote the returning to field (ck). Field investigation of Corn Sheath Blight with straw returning showed that the disease index was 600kg/ mu>300kg/mu>150kg/mu>No Straw Recycling.
