为明确DH系的利用价值以及遗传规律。采用SSR分子标记对由玉米自交系4-287×PHBIM组配的杂交F1经“吉高诱3号”诱导以及秋水仙素加倍后筛选所得的61份DH系进行进一步鉴定,并运用NCⅡ设计,将61份DH系与优良自交系L98与PH6WC组配成122个杂交组合,对DH系以及杂交组合的7个性状(株高、穗位高、穗长、秃尖长、穗行数、单穗粒重、百粒重)进行配合力以及遗传力分析,结果表明:(1)经SSR分子鉴定,61份DH系未发现偏分离现象;(2)以单穗粒重、百粒重为目标,筛选出9个(M2、M3、M4、M5、M45、M46、M47、M49以及M50)表现优良的DH系;以单穗粒重为目标,筛选出(M45×PH6WC、M42×PH6WC、M47×PH6WC)3个优良杂交组合。(3)遗传力分析表明,株高、穗长可在早代选择,穗位高和秃尖长当在晚代选择。

With F1 hybrid combination of maize inbred line 4-287×PHBIM as the fe-male parent, induced by “JAAS3 inducer” and doubled with colchicine, we screened a total of 61 DH lines. SSR markers were used for further identification. To clarify the utilization value and genetic law of DH lines, 61 DH lines and elite inbred lines L98 and PH6WC were grouped into 122 hybrid combinations based on NCⅡ design. Se-ven characters (plant height, ear height, ear length, bald length, number of rows per ear, 100-kernel weight, ear kernel weight) for combining ability and heritability ana-lysis. The results suggest that:(1)No partial segregation phenomenon was observed in 61 DH lines;(2) Aiming at 100-kernel weight and ear kernel weight, 9 DH lines which performed well were screened (M2,M3,M4,M5,M45,M46,M47,M49 and M50); Three excellent combinations(M45×PH6WC,M42×PH6WC,M47×PH6WC) were screened for ear kernel weight. (3) And the heritability analysis showed that plant height, ear length can be selected in the early generation, ear height and bald length should choose in the late generation.
