玉米||花生间作系统与玉米根功能及其保护酶活性关系研究
本试验研究玉米单作、玉米||花生2:4模式和4:2模式三种种植方式对玉米根系空间分布和根系抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:不同种植模式显著影响玉米的根系空间分布,根系SOD、POD、CAT活性在间作模式下显著高于单作模式,间作能够延长玉米根系功能期,特别是生长中后期根系功能对玉米籽粒产量的增加具有重要的促进作用。

In this study, the effects of maize single cropping, maize-peanut intercropping (2:4 and 4:2) mode on the distribution of root space and the activity of the root ,rotective enzyme were studied. The results show that different planting patterns changed maize root spatial distribution features obviously. The root activity of SOD, POD, CAT in intercropping mode is significantly higher than monoculture model, intercropping can extend the corn root system function period, maize-peanut intercropping could prolong the functional period of root, especially the root function of the middle and later stage of growth plays an important role in promoting corn grain yield.
