白僵菌与苏云金芽胞杆菌水悬浮剂研制及田间防治玉米螟研究

为了实现球孢白僵菌和苏云金芽胞杆菌联合防治玉米螟,通过室内生物测定,确定白僵菌与苏云金芽胞杆菌浓度分别为1.0×107孢子/ml和1.0×108孢子/ml条件下,杀虫效果达到最佳,LT90为7.06(±0.05)天,较1.0×109的Bb LT90 8.98(±0.09),缩短21.38%。以两者为主要成分,通过助剂悬浮率、乳化效果以及助剂对微生物活性影响等确定到白僵菌与苏云金芽胞杆菌水悬浮剂剂型配方1个。田间防治玉米螟结果显示,两种生防菌均在防治过程中起到了作用,田间玉米受害株数、活虫数均明显低于未施药对照,防治效果优于单一使用白僵菌或苏云金芽胞杆菌,玉米产量明显提高,每亩挽回粮食产量55公斤以上。 英文摘要: In order to control corn borer by Beauveria bassiana (Bb) and Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), the insecticidal effect against the second instars of corn borer was best, at the concentration of 1.0×107spores/ml Bb and 1.0×108 spores/ml Bt, respectively, the LT90 was 7.06 (±0.05)days,it decreased by 21.38% than that of 1.0×109 Bb concentration,which was 8.98(±0.09)days. The water suspension formulation was prepared containing the two biocontrol organisms, according to the suspension tate, emulsion screening and the affection on organisms bioactivity of adjuvants. The results of biocontrol against corn borer in fields showed that both the two biocontrol organisms have been efficient, the damaged quantity of corns, number of live pests were both lower than that of blank control, its control efficiency was better than that of a single application of Bb or Bt, and the yield increased notably, 55 Kg grain losses per 667 m2 were retrieved. 查看全文
