【目的】为了提高玉米种子芽生长点的转化效率。【方法】研究了利用超声波处理玉米种子芽时间的长短，对农杆菌转化效果的影响。【结果】通过对玉米芽荧光蛋白检测结果的分析表明，利用超声波频率45KHZ、超声波功率50W的超声波仪处理10-15 min，有利于提高农杆菌对玉米的转化效果，表明利用超声波处理玉米芽是一种好的受体处理方法。
