玉米生产效率的微观测度及对比分析——基于玉米主产区868个地块的调研
玉米是我国第一大粮食作物,提升玉米生产效率有重要意义。本文基于全国玉米主产区的微观调研数据,利用DEA模型测度玉米生产的投入产出效率,并从规模、服务外包等角度进行对比分析。结果表明：吉林省玉米生产效率值较高,规模效率值较高是原因所在；随着规模的扩大,玉米生产的技术效率值呈现出先升后降的态势；耕整地、播种环节的外包通过影响纯技术效率值而影响技术效率值,而施药环节的外包会带来规模效应,进而提升技术效率值。

Maize is the first crop in our country, it is important to enhance the efficiency of maize production. Based on the micro survey data of the main maize producing areas in China, this paper uses DEA model to measure the input-output efficiency of maize production, and makes a comparative analysis from the perspective of scale, service outsourcing and other aspects. The results show that the efficiency of maize production in Jilin province is higher, the higher scale efficiency value is the reason; with the expansion of the scale, the technical efficiency of maize production value showed decreased trend; tillage and sowing links affected by outsourcing the pure technical efficiency value which influence the technical efficiency value and application aspects of outsourcing will bring economies of scale, and thus enhance the technical efficiency.
