玉米生理成熟后籽粒自然脱水速率是影响收获时籽粒含水量的重要因素之一,本研究以179份玉米自交系为试验材料,分别在生理成熟期和收获期测定籽粒的含水量,分析生理成熟后籽粒脱水速率。通过聚类分析,179份玉米自交系按籽粒脱水速率快慢可分为4类,属于籽粒脱水速率快的自交系有13份,平均脱水速率为1.29 %/d。利用2 824个SNP标记,将13份快速脱水的玉米自交系划分为5个杂种优势群。本研究结果将为选育收获期籽粒含水量低、适宜机收籽粒的玉米品种提供参考。

Maize kernel filed dehydration rate after physiological maturity is one of the main factors which influence kernel moisture at harvest stage. 179 maize inbred lines were used in this study to evaluate kernel moisture content at physiological maturity and harvest stage, respectively, and estimate kernel filed dehydration rate after physiological maturity. All tested inbred lines were divided into four types via cluster analysis method according to kernel filed dehydration rate after physiological maturity. 13 maize inbred lines have more rapid kernel filed dehydration rate after physiological maturity, with an average of 1.29 %/d. These 13 inbred lines were divided into five heterotic groups using 2,824 SNP markers. The results will provide an important reference for breeding maize varieties with low kernel moisture content at harvest stage and suitable for mechanical harvesting.
