氮素供应对春玉米产量及冠层部分指标的影响与相关分析
为探究氮素对玉米冠层指标的影响及与产量因素的相关性,本试验采用了辽宁地区5个地方品种进行两个氮素水平的比较试验(N0为不施氮、N1为225kg/hm2)。相关、回归分析表明:1.N1较N0条件下,各品种产量和单位面积粒数显著提高,各品种穂位叶SPAD值、叶片氮浓度、叶片含氮量、叶氮比、叶片干重均显著升高,而吐丝期叶面积指数升高不显著;2. 冠层指标与产量因素相关性有差异。单位面积粒数在N0条件下,与冠层指标呈负相关,相关性排序为吐丝期叶氮比>吐丝期叶片氮浓度;N1条件下,与叶片氮浓度负相关,其他正相关,相关性排序为吐丝期穂位叶SPAD值>吐丝期叶片氮浓度>乳熟期绿叶数。百粒重在N0条件下,与部分指标呈正相关,相关性排序为吐丝期叶氮比>收获指数;N1条件下,与部分指标呈负相关,相关性排序为吐丝期叶氮比>乳熟期绿叶数>吐丝期叶面积指数。

In order to research the effects of partial canopy characters at different nitrogen levels and correlation between yield facts and canopy characters, this experiment were conducted under two nitrogen levels by using five local cultivars in Liaoning Province (no nitrogen: N0 and N1:225 kg / hm2). The results of correlation and regression showed that: 1. Under N0 and N1, the yield and the number of grains per unit area were significantly increased, the SPAD value of ear leaf, leaf nitrogen concentration, leaf nitrogen content, leaf nitrogen ratio, leaf area index and leaf dry weight of each cultivar showed an increasing trend;2. The correlation between canopy characters and yield facts is significantly. Under N0, Kernels number per unit area was negatively correlated with canopy traits, the order was leaf nitrogen ratio> the nitrogen concentration in the silking stage; Under N1, the correlation showed negatively correlated with leaf nitrogen concentration, but positive correlations with other traits, the order was SPAD of ear leaf>leaf nitrogen concentration at silking stage> green leaf number at milky stage. Under N0, the correlation between 100-kernel weight and partial traits was positive, the order was:SLN> HI. Under N1, it was negatively correlated with partial traits, the order was SLN>green leaf number at milky stage>LAI at silking stage.
