以5个普通型品种和5个糯质型品种的玉米单交种为试验材料，设置3个播期处理，研究海南播期对玉米特异性、一致性和稳定性（DUS）测试性状表达的影响。结果表明：播期对玉米质量性状和假质量性状的表达无显著影响；播期对不同性状、不同类型、不同品种玉米数量性状的表达影响程度不同：对抽雄期、散粉期等8个性状的表达影响程度较大，对幼苗第一叶鞘花青甙显色强度、植株上部叶片与茎秆夹角等10个性状的表达影响程度较小，对雄穗最低位侧枝以上主轴长度、雄穗一级侧枝数目等15个性状的表达无显著影响。因此，可根据不同的测试品种和测试目的，在海南有选择性地开展一年多个独立生长周期的玉米DUS测试。

With maize hybrid varieties including five kinds of common type and five kinds of glutinous type as experimental material, three sowing dates treatments were set to study the effect of sowing dates on the expression of maize distinctness, uniformity, and stability (DUS) testing characteristics in Hainan. The results showed that, there were no significant effect of sowing dates on the expression of maize qualitative and pseudo-qualitative characteristics; there had different degree of effects of sowing dates on the expression of quantitative characteristics from different characteristics, different types, and different varieties. Eight characteristics were greatly effected, including the tasseling stage, pollinating period. Ten characteristics were slightly effected, including the cyanin color intensity of the first leaf sheath of seedlings, angle of the upper leaves and stem of the plant. The other fifteen characteristics such as the length of the main shaft of the lowest lateral branch and the number of the primary lateral branches of the tassel were not significantly effected. Therefore, according to different testing varieties and purposes, multiple independent growth cycle of the maize DUS testing can be carried out selectively in Hainan.
