分别以热带玉米群体苏湾1号、苏兰3号和QR273/LCH645的F2后代为受体亲本,4份具有不同来源的诱导系作父本,组配规模为20个果穗/组合的杂交后代。根据籽粒的胚和胚乳显色差异鉴定出单倍体籽粒,评估不同诱导系和母本群体的诱导率。结果显示,苏湾1号呈现出较其改良材料低的诱导率,随着温带血缘的增加,诱导率逐渐增加。针对相同受体材料,不同诱导系的诱导率之间存在显著差异。其中诱导系1619表现出最高的诱导率(6.28±0.20 ~ 7.94±0.85),1613则表现出最低的诱导率(1.93±0.19 ~ 3.68±0.05),说明1619在诱导热带种质产生单倍体方面具有较高的效率。该研究结果能够为基于单倍体技术的热带玉米种质改良提供支撑。

Fifty crosses for each pair-parents were constructed, by using tropical maize germplasm of Suwan1, Sulan3, and the F2 progeny of QR273 crossed with LCH645, four induced lines from different resources to be male parent. Each haploid kernel was identified based on the color performance of kernel, with purple endosperm and white embryo, after pollination. Based on this, the induced rate for each inducer was calculated. Result showed that, lower induced rate was found for Suwan1, and the induced rate was increasing with the increased introgression of temperate gene resources. For identical acceptor parent, remarkable difference of induced rate was found between different induced lines. Wherein 1619 showed the highest value, with the induced rate varied from 6.28±0.20 to 7.94±0.85, inducer line of 1613 showed the lowest value, with induced rate varied from 1.93±0.19 to 3.68±0.05. Which clarified that 1619 is better for the inducing of diploid lines for tropical germplasm. These results would provide some scientific supports for the improvement of tropical maize germplasm, by using double haploid method, effectively.
