低温胁迫下冠菌素对玉米幼苗生理特性的调控

以自交系玉米品种Kr701为试验材料,叶面喷施5个不同浓度的冠菌素(COR),对照为清水,于4℃低温胁迫下培养48%20h后取材,研究%20COR%20对低温胁迫下玉米幼苗株高、干鲜重、相对电导率、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、相对含水量、SOD、POD、APX生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,低温会抑制玉米幼苗的正常生长,而各个浓度的%20COR%20处理均能促进幼苗的生长,缓解叶片相对含水量的降低和电解质的外渗,增加渗透调节物质的含量和抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、APX)的活性,增强活性氧清除能力,且以0.01%20μmol%2FL的效果最显著。说明喷施适宜浓度的%20COR%20能通过调控玉米幼苗各个生理生化指标来增强其抗冷性,从而缓解低温对幼苗所造成的伤害。 英文摘要: The%20experiment%20was%20conducted%20with%20maize%20cultivar%20Kr701.%20COR%20solutions%20of%205%20different%20concentrations%20were%20sprayed%20on%20the%20leaf%20surface,%20the%20water%20was%20control,%20and%20the%20maize%20was%20cultivated%20at%20low%20temperature%20of%204℃%20for%2048%20h.%20Then%20studied%20the%20effects%20of%20COR%20on%20plant%20height,%20fresh%20and%20dry%20weight,%20relative%20electric%20conductivity,%20soluble%20protein%20content,%20proline,%20relative%20water%20content%20SOD%20POD%20and%20APX%20activity%20under%20cold%20stress.%20The%20results%20showed%20that%20low%20temperature%20could%20inhibit%20the%20growth%20of%20maize%20seedlings,%20and%20different%20concentrations%20of%20COR%20could%20promote%20the%20growth%20of%20seedlings,%20alleviate%20the%20decreased%20of%20leaf%20relative%20water%20content%20and%20the%20extravasation%20of%20electrolyte,%20increase%20the%20content%20of%20osmotic%20adjustment%20and%20antioxidant%20enzymes%20(SOD,%20POD,%20APX)%20activity,%20enhance%20the%20ability%20of%20active%20oxygen%20scavenging,%20and%200.01%20μmol%2FL%20was%20the%20most%20effective%20concentration.%20Spraying%20COR%20with%20appropriate%20concentration%20could%20enhance%20the%20cold%20tolerance%20of%20maize%20seedlings%20by%20regulating%20the%20physiological%20and%20biochemical%20indexes,%20and%20thus%20alleviate%20the%20damage%20caused%20by%20low%20temperature. 查看全文
