玉米自交系遗传关系和遗传结构的解析,对自交系类群的划分和合理组配具有重要意义。本研究利用SSR标记对广西骨干玉米自交系进行遗传多样性分析和杂种优势类群划分,60对标准引物在33 份供试材料中共检测出233个等位基因,平均多态性信息含量为0.77,自交系间平均遗传相似系数为0.49。研究结果显示这些自交系来源广泛,且具有较好的遗传基础。按照UPGMA方法进行聚类分析,可以将33份玉米自交系分为Ⅰ和Ⅱ两个类群,第Ⅰ可进一步划分为四个亚群。杂种优势模式可被简化为“A×B”模式,A群包括Ⅰ-Ⅰ亚群、Ⅰ-Ⅱ亚群和Ⅰ-Ⅲ亚群自交系,B群包括Ⅰ-Ⅳ亚群和第Ⅱ类群自交系,后续将选择部分玉米自交系合成A和B两个杂种优势群群体。本研究将会为广西玉米种质的扩增、改良与创新提供理论依据。

Analysis of genetic relationship and genetic structure of maize inbred lines is important for division heterotic groups and reasonable crossing.SSR makers were be used to analysis genetic diversity and heterotic groups between elite inbred lines of Guangxi.233 alleles was detected by 60 markers between 33 provided materials.The average PCI is 0.77,the average genetic similarility is 0.49 among this inbred lines.The result of this research indicated that resource and genetic background of this inbreds is broad. 33 inbreds was clustered into Ⅰ group and Ⅱ group by UPGMA method, the Ⅰgroup can be divided into 4 subgroups. Heterotic group pattern can be simpilified as and “A×B ” pattern,A group include inbred lines of Ⅰ-Ⅰ subgroup,Ⅰ-Ⅱ subgroup and Ⅰ-Ⅲ subgroup.B group include inbred lines of Ⅰ-Ⅳ subgroup and Ⅱgroup,Inbred lines were be chosen to synthetize A and B heterotic population then.This study will provide theoretical basis of amplification, improvement and innovation of Guangxi maize germplasm.
