Zm22A基因属于TCB1家族,编码GTPase激活因子,与体细胞胚胎的发生密切相关,且只在发育的胚中特异性表达。本研究从玉米体胚中克隆Zm22A基因,并对玉米自交系Y423进行遗传转化。结果表明,以玉米自交系Y423体细胞胚胎为受体,利用Zm22A基因的干扰载体侵染,获得阳性苗。对22A基因的研究为进一步了解玉米体细胞胚胎的发生机理奠定基础。

Zm22A gene belongs to TCB1 family, coding GTPase activating factor, is closely related to the somatic embryogenesis, and only specific expression in the development of the embryo. We cloned Zm22A gene from the maize somatic embryos, and transferred into maize inbred Y423 by genetic transformation in this study. The results show that, Somatic Embryos of maize inbred Y423 were trated as explants , We obtained positive plants infected by interference vector of Zm22A .The research of 22A gene lays a foundation of further understand maize somatic embryos.
